TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • I only accept payments via PayPal invoice in USD. All payments must be complete and confirmed during the talking phase of our exchange. I will not move forward with your commission until payment is received.

  • I do not draw explicit gore, violence, porn, or NSFW.

  • All commission related imagery (the finished commission, work in progress shots, and live work sessions) will be posted on my social media platforms unless requested to keep private.

  • All commissions are done in my style, I will not draw in another artist’s style.

  • All commissions are done digitally.

  • You will receive a .jpeg and .png digital file at 300 dpi and RGB. Please clarify if you would like to receive the file in a different format.

  • You are allowed to order multiple commissions, but please still fill out the form and we can discuss your orders through email for more clarification.

  • Descriptions alone are accepted, but if you wish for your commission to be as accurately possible to a specific character/creature/object please include a reference image(s).

  • Video references are not accepted. Please send an image file.

  • Random drawing prompts are not accepted at the moment, please be specific and descriptive.

  • I can decline any proposed commission without reason.

THE PROCESS

Once I have received your commission form...

  • I will review your submitted form and will let you know if I am accepting or declining your commission request.

  • If accepted, I will begin sketching your commission and if denied I will explain why.

  • During the talking phase we will go over the sketch, revisions, privacy, ect. and you will be provided with a Paypal Invoice for the full payment of the commission.

  • Once the payment is received, I will start working on finalizing the commission.

  • When the commission is complete, I will send you a 2400 x 2400 px digital file of the design (JPEG and PNG) in 300 dpi and RGB.

Depending on how fast the communication between both parties is done, from start to finish a single commission can take 1-7 days to complete. Also please do not send me a payment of any kind until I have accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

REVISIONS

  • You are able to revise your commission a maximum number of 2 times.

  • You may revise the commission during the sketch phase and after seeing the final, but they must be within reason. For example, you can change a character from red to blue or add round glasses, but you can not commission a dog and then change it to a human.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • You may cancel your commission for any reason during the talking/sketch phase before paying the invoice. Once you complete the invoice, payment is non refundable.

  • If payment is not confirmed within 3 days after I have sent the invoice, your commission will be canceled.

  • If you still wish to commission me but can not go through with the process at the moment I can place you on the waitlist. In a month’s time or when I open commissions again, I will send out a message to all waitlist members about my commission status.

  • Repeated counts of commissioning a project, failing to pay, refusing to communicate and/or inappropriate behavior will result in blacklisting.

PRIVACY

  • If you wish for your request to be kept private, it must be stated in the commission form.

  • The privacy request states that I am not allowed to share any WIPS on social media and I am not allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

  • Even if you request that the commission be private, if you post the commission you must still give credit to me.

RIGHTS

By default, all commissions are for personal/non-commercial use. Below are mine and your rights to the commissioned artwork.

  • I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless you request for your commission to be kept private.

  • I do not consent for my work to be submitted to an AI database or used for NFTs.

  • You reserve the right to be notified of any delays. Real life updates and health issues that hinder the commission will be updated on my social media pages.

  • You may re-upload your commission on any website(s) and/or online gallery as long as you link back/credit me as the artist.

  • You may not claim my work as your own.

  • You can give your commissioned artwork to anyone but you cannot sell it to them.

  • You may use the artwork for non-commercial use (e.g. icons/avatars, header, phone/computer wallpaper, etc.).

  • You are not allowed to edit, trace, or alter the commission. As mentioned above, cropping the image for a banner or an icon is okay.

  • Do not remove my signature and/or watermark under any circumstances.

You may not use the artwork for commercial use without my authorization. Commercial use includes prints for sale, merchandise, advertisements, and/or commercial game/album cover. If you would like to use your commissioned artwork for commercial use, please contact me.
